  This was my 1st time experiencing totally poor customer service. I messaged their Facebook page as this was unfolding but they responded after we had left the restaurant.
  When we walked in the female waitress, cashier, etc. only had 2 tables to wait on. We sat down and decided on our order. While waiting I overheard her check the phone and she said "after 13 minutes on hold, I'd hang up too" At that point I became annoyed that she still had not even taken our drink order. I said "We are ready to order." She was doing something at the register and said I'm sorry. I'll be right with you.
  Then she takes our complete order, attends to the 2 other seated customers, answering the phone, etc. and it took forever for her to bring our drinks.
  At that point I was still trying to be patient because I have been there to eat before and she is there every time I have been. Honestly, she seems to have difficulty with multitasking. She is very polite and apologetic about her slowness but it seems Half Baked is just not the right job for her.
  Some small businesses can be run with a bare minimum of employees but that only works when those employees have high energy and can handle multitasking. Unfortunately that is not the case with that one lady. Nothing personal against her. I just feel she is best suited for a slower paced job.
  I have been to Half Baked and received excelent customer service even after having to stand while waiting for a table because the restaurant was at full capacity.
