  Wife limps in with a nail in tire, quotes her $100 over the cost of a new tire (compared to local shops) requested for them to at least put a spare on so she's not stranded, charged her for that as well. Class act.
  
  Paid for spare to be put on brought it to another shop and got the new tire installed with tax $100 less out the door, they too were appalled that they charged for spare install for someone stranded
